An apartment retreat in Manilva, Málaga
Located in Manilva, Málaga, this interior design project was born with the intention of creating a cozy, elegant and functional apartment, where natural light, the warmth of the materials and a careful selection of colors build an atmosphere of balance and well-being.
The interior proposal is articulated from a neutral palette composed of off-whites, beige, sand and soft grays, enriched with accents in black, mustard, blue and natural wood. This combination allows us to generate contemporary and harmonious spaces, with a very refined image but at the same time warm and habitable. The home takes advantage of the entry of natural light as one of its main values, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness and reinforcing the connection between the interior and exterior.
An interior design designed for calm and functionality
The project proposes a clean and coherent aesthetic in all rooms, where each element has been selected to provide visual continuity, comfort and personality. The result is a home that transmits serenity from the first tour, with balanced spaces and a careful composition in every detail.
In the bedrooms, the design is supported by scenographic wall coverings that provide texture, depth and an enveloping effect. The choice of textiles, upholstered pieces and decorative accessories reinforces the feeling of rest, creating soft, elegant and comfortable environments.
Open, bright and connected day area
The day area is resolved as an open and fluid space in which the living room, dining room and kitchen coexist naturally. This integration favors visual breadth and improves the functionality of the home, while maintaining a sober and sophisticated aesthetic.
The kitchen is conceived from formal simplicity, with furniture with straight lines, neutral finishes and a presence perfectly integrated into the whole. The dining room introduces contrast through black accent pieces and suspended lighting of great visual lightness, while the living room is completed with soft textiles, rounded shapes and decorative details that provide warmth and naturalness.
Materiality and aesthetic coherence
The bathroom maintains the same warm and refined line as the rest of the apartment, with materials in stone and wood tones that provide continuity and balance. The entire project responds to the same intention: to build a timeless, functional and visually serene home, where aesthetics does not compete with comfort, but accompanies it.
The terrace acts as a natural extension of the interior, completing the home experience with a fresh and relaxed proposal, designed to enjoy the weather and outdoor life. Thanks to this continuity between inside and outside, the apartment acquires an identity closely linked to the Mediterranean context.
