An apartment in the towers of Malaga
A Warm and Sophisticated Refuge in Malaga
In the heart of the Torres Martiricos, this 42 square meter apartment is transformed into an oasis of style with autumn inspiration. Designed for those seeking warmth and character in an urban environment, this space combines functionality with a vibrant and enveloping design. The color palette, featuring deep greens, mustards and cauldron tones, is complemented by rich textures and striking wallpapers, creating a cozy atmosphere full of personality.
A Design Designed for Corporate Rental
Every corner of the apartment has been optimized to respond to the demands of the corporate rental market. The fluid layout and sophisticated finishes ensure a practical space without sacrificing design and warmth.
Spaces that Fall in Love
Kitchen and Dining Room: With black and walnut wood finishes, the kitchen is integrated with the dining room in a harmonious and sophisticated environment. The main wall is covered with botanical-inspired wallpaper in green and mustard tones, providing depth and a nod to nature. The round marble table, accompanied by ergonomic metal chairs, becomes the focal point. A black metal hanging lamp and a mustard-colored upholstered armchair complete the composition with a warm and elegant air.
Living room: A space designed for rest and disconnection. The sofa, in a mustard tone, is enhanced with cushions in cauldron, mustard and terracotta colors, providing dynamism and warmth. A rug with a natural fiber effect reinforces the feeling of comfort. On the main wall, a wallpaper with plant motifs in gold and deep green tones provides a sophisticated touch. A walnut wood television unit and a clean-lined desk with a reading lamp complete the set.
Bedroom Suite: Intimacy with Character
The bedroom is a personal refuge where color and texture play a leading role. The headboard wall is dressed with impressive wallpaper in mustard and rust tones, providing an enveloping and sophisticated air. The bed, dressed with mustard-colored jute textiles and green and mustard cushions, reinforces the feeling of warmth. The natural wood bedside tables and black designer lamps provide a perfect balance between modernity and elegance.
