An apartment with privileged views in El Rincón de la Victoria

An elevated space that combines design, tranquility and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

Apartment in Bali Urbanization · Kronos Homes
El Rincón de la Victoria, Malaga

This interior design project was born in a privileged enclave: a high-rise apartment within the Bali Urbanization, one of the most iconic developments of Kronos Homes in El Rincón de la Victoria. The house, open to the Mediterranean horizon, requested a design capable of dialogue with the landscape without competing with it. Our approach was clear from the beginning: create an interior that enhances that feeling of elevated calm, of a luminous refuge where the sea becomes part of the daily experience.

Global concept

We opt for an aesthetic natural, serene and contemporary, built upon three core concepts:

  1. Light as raw material.
  2. Organic materials that provide warmth.
  3. A palette of sand, beige and wood tones that embraces architecture without saturating it.

The images show it clearly: the home breathes, feels light, harmonious, designed to accompany life without imposing itself.

Access and transition zone

When entering the home, the first gesture is a natural oak toothpick furniture, which provides verticality, order and texture. Above it, a sculptural composition and an abstract canvas in neutral tones function as a prologue to the language that will dominate the project.
The detail of the white tealight and the metal decorative piece, chosen with precision, help reinforce that feeling of a well-kept and clean home.

Kitchen and dining room

Both areas form a single spatial body where materials and pure lines guarantee visual continuity.

Kitchen

  • The furniture in plain white and the graphite gray countertop create an elegant and strong contrast.
  • The three minimalist black pendants provide vertical rhythm and highly studied lighting.
  • The choice of taupe upholstered stools with black structure softens the whole and connects it with the dining room and living room.

The styling composition on the island (fruits, vase with white branches, dishes) provides freshness and movement without breaking the general cleanliness.

Dining room

Here the oval table with ceramic top and fluted base, a sculptural piece that organizes circulation. The chairs in curved wood and neutral upholstery continue that warm and functional line.

The highlights are the natural aesthetic suspension lamps, with a black frame and a wooden band. As seen in the images, they appear to float—much like handcrafted pieces—adding volume without compromising the sense of openness.

Living room

The living room seeks to be a soft, relaxed, almost tactile space.

  • The sofa in stone tones with chaise longue provides modularity and comfort.
  • The textured beige wallpaper, subtle and ethereal, it works like a canvas that wraps the living area without overloading it.
  • The suspended oak television cabinet provides lightness and visual order.
  • The coffee tables with natural wood tops and white sculptural bases balance robustness and lightness.

The use of natural vegetation and organic elements (dry branches, ceramics, textiles in earth tones) reinforce the intention: a living room that invites you to rest and look outwards... but also inwards.

Terrace

The terrace is a direct extension of the interior; not an addition, but a key piece of the project.

Living area
  • Furniture in cream aluminum and synthetic rope, resistant and warm.
  • Textiles in sailor stripes, which provide a Mediterranean nod without falling into the literal.
  • Large format plants that soften the forcefulness of the landscape.
Solarium area
  • White loungers with light structure and coordinated fabrics.
  • Cushions in taupe and navy blue tones, designed to integrate with dark architectural walls.

The interior-exterior relationship is perfect: same color range, same softness, same spirit.

Master bedroom

In the images you can see a deeply balanced, sophisticated and emotional space.

  • The bed upholstered in light leather provides a contemporary and enveloping air.
  • The artistic wallpaper, featuring dragonflies and a large luminous sphere, creates an almost dreamlike atmosphere.
  • The hanging lamps in burgundy organic glass add a sculptural accent.
  • The little tables in walnut and porcelain top provide an elegant counterpoint.

The whole is warm, sensual, very well knitted.

Bedroom 2

A bedroom in pastel tones and soft geometry.

  • The upholstered headboard with fine piping marks the elegant line.
  • The geometric wallpaper provides rhythm without reloading.
  • The powder pink, off-white and sage green palette generates a sweet and very careful atmosphere.
  • The table lamps, with a yellow base and opaline lampshade, provide warmth and character.

A space designed for calm and rest.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom introduces a more mature and naturalistic aesthetic.

  • The beige paneled headboard, featuring brass reading sconces, offers both functionality and a clean design.
  • The botanical wallpaper in earth tones adds depth and texture.
  • The small tables with mesh fronts provide a beautiful artisanal touch.

It feels intimate, cozy, and balanced.

Bathroom

Although with light intervention, the aesthetics remain aligned with the rest of the project:

  • White, wood and gray stone effect porcelain tile, resulting in a fresh, elegant space.
Conclusion

This apartment in the Bali Urbanization is an exercise in balance: a warm and natural interior that does not compete with the landscape, but rather accompanies and celebrates it. Everything—from the lamps to the choice of textiles, from the wallpapers to the custom furniture—is designed to build a contemporary, bright and serene Mediterranean experience.
