Located in the Small Oasis residential development, this penthouse is a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life. With panoramic views of the sea and the lush natural surroundings of Manilva, this space offers a serene and elegant escape.

Upon entering, you will immediately feel a sense of calm. We've used a soft, neutral color palette, such as earth tones and creamy whites, to create a calm base. Natural elements, such as wood, wicker and natural stones, are highlighted in the furniture and accessories.

The design maximizes natural light and views. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow light to flood the attic, creating a bright environment connected to the environment.

The main living area is elegant and relaxed, ideal for entertaining and comfort. Soft-lined furniture is combined with soft cushions and rugs to create a cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen, finished in dark wood, combines functionality and design. Dark cabinets are complemented by white marble countertops. A spacious peninsula serves as a casual dining and prep area, perfect for a quick meal or a chat with friends.

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a serene atmosphere. The designer bed stands out with its upholstered headboard in stone tones, adding a touch of natural charm.
