In this 42 square meter apartment, located in the Torres Martiricos in Malaga, we have designed a space that combines warmth and functionality, ideal for those looking for a serene environment without giving up urban style. Inspired by the colors of autumn and a neutral palette of whites, blacks and grays, we have achieved a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Every corner invites you to relax, turning this studio into a true oasis within the city.

The layout has been carefully thought out to respond to the demands of the corporate rental market, maximizing functionality without sacrificing design.

Kitchen and dining room: balance between style and practicality

The kitchen, with black and white finishes, provides a contemporary and sophisticated touch, complemented by Coordonné wallpapers that add texture and personality. The dining room, presided over by a round natural wood table, becomes the heart of the home. Surrounded by black eco-leather chairs, it is perfect for combining style and easy maintenance. A hanging lamp with three white glass lampshades adds a touch of class, while a mirror with a metal frame in the shape of a window visually expands the space and enhances the light.

The living room stands out for its cozy atmosphere, achieved with a sofa bed in neutral tones adorned with cushions and blankets that provide warmth and texture. In the master bedroom, a headboard with clean lines stands out against a wall covered with Coordonné wallpaper in gray and white tones.
