The plot has a area of 1,000 m2 and the house itself counts 250 m2 divided into two floors. These two plants help differentiate the day zone, where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, a studio and a guest toilet, and that of night, in which are the master bedroom, the children's bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“My goal was the absolute fusion between architecture and interior design in a singular space"That is why its design has been based on three fundamental pillars: comfort, functionality and elegance. This is achieved thanks to the latest generation materials, a very careful decoration and the combination of a color palette that invites relaxation and rest.

A minimalist and current decoration

The lower floor

The decoration of the house is another factor that helps make this house modern, current and elegant. Thus, the lower floor, completely open plan, sees how the kitchen, living room and dining room share space. The entire space plays with white as a base, with gray and black touches and some blue elements, which add vitality. The objective was to create a minimalist home in which the landscape was the protagonist.

The kitchen has been planned to give away storage, with a current design that blends with the decoration of the living room and a peninsula that acts as a separator between spaces. The furniture boasts a modern walnut finish, without artifice or handles, which gives warmth to the space. Among its most innovative elements, the table bell, embedded in the ceramic hob.

Starting from the kitchen, in dark tones, we move on to the office, in black and white, featuring a round gray table and white chairs. We see the same combination of colors in the lamp.

The owners wanted a minimalist and bright dining room, so the table was chosen with a glass top and walnut base, while the chairs, contemporary in style, are white. All this makes the space look spacious, without impediments to letting light travel and with a very modern style.

For his part, the living room is featured by a large midnight blue sofa, complemented by two matching armchairs featuring dual-fabric upholstery. The coffee tables have walnut bases and white porcelain tops. The television console is also crafted from walnut, creating a cohesive look with the kitchen and adding a sense of warmth to the space. White, walnut, and blue form the foundation of this glass-walled "cube," which receives natural light from every side.

In the lower floor has also been created multipurpose room which serves both for teleworking and as a children's playroom or studio room. and there is a service toilet where the porcelain floor with a wood finish provides warmth and contrasts with the hardness of the cement-type finish of the walls. Looking for that current point, a totem sinks and a comfortable shower with a fixed screen without bars.

The upper floor

In the master bedroom has been played again with the connection and views to the outside. And through the window you can see an impressive pine forest that has inspired the natural colors of the room. An elongated window frames the headboard, upholstered in gray. While the bedding, the carpet and the bench at the foot of the bed are various shades of green. The furniture, with walnut structure and white porcelain top, adding both elegance and the warmth essential for a bedroom.

The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, distinguished by a massive window that extends up into the roof, allowing one to shower beneath the stars. All surface coverings consist of large-format tiles, which minimize the number of grout lines and enhance the sense of spaciousness. The trapdoor located in the dressing area is striking, which gives access to the laundry room, a comfortable and functional architectural plus.

The exterior

The exterior is conceived as one more space in which to share and in which that modern and contemporary spirit is still valid. For this reason, the floor of the chill out area and the covering of the pool is made with the same tiles in anthracite gray, which contrasts with the façade, white on the lower part and the same Viroc finish on the upper part.

Outdoor furniture have been chosen in gray tones and are manufactured in rope and metal, maintaining the sober, minimalist and elegant aesthetic of the interior. Meanwhile, the large wall-to-wall glass acts as a connection between the exterior and the day area, helping to introduce that natural element into the home and making the terrace area another space for enjoyment.

In short, a house created from scratch to the taste of the owners, where aesthetics, functionality and innovation go hand in hand, resulting in a residence with unique characteristics and a distinct style.
