THE KEYS OF THE PROJECT
Modernity, warmth and comfort.
Some of the most important premises of the intervention were the use of natural light and the use of warm and fresh colors such as the gray and brown of natural wood.
Differentiated spaces
The concept of the home has been based on taking advantage of the abundant natural light provided by the windows as it is located on the top floor of the building, creating very differentiated spaces to take advantage of the different indoor and outdoor rooms.
Modern retro style
As for style, it has different influences. The family made up of two adults and two children with different styles wanted common areas connected to each other, open, modern spaces with high-quality finishes. But in private rooms very personal styles to create your own atmosphere.
DISTRIBUTION
The house is characterized by having a large hall with a panoramic view of the living room and dining room, connected by materials and color range, separating the bedroom area by large porcelain panels. Also giving importance to the windows that connect to the large terrace with panoramic views of the city, taking advantage of the privilege that a penthouse offers.
