Penthouse in El Garden de La Moraleja in Madrid

In this interior design project, located in an attic of the exclusive Garden de La Moraleja residential complex, natural light becomes the common thread of a home designed for enjoyment, calm and sophistication. The open layout, warm materials and carefully selected color palette invite us to live a sensory experience in every corner.

The living room, with a contemporary style with organic touches, combines natural textures such as linen, wood and ceramics, in an environment where design and functionality coexist. Earth, reddish and green tones are integrated into the space through textiles, art and vegetation, achieving a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The abstract art pieces on textured walls add character and visual depth to the set.

The kitchen and dining room, in a single environment that flows naturally to the outside, are dressed in white and walnut, with matte black details that provide contrast and sophistication. The glass table with a sculptural base and the curved chairs with neutral upholstery define a light dining area but with a strong personality.

The bedrooms follow the same aesthetic narrative: soft, balanced environments, with a marked prominence of natural materials and color as a vehicle of expression. The master bedroom is committed to the warmth of grooved wood and bouclé textures, while the children's rooms are filled with color, mural design and imagination, adapting to the different moments of childhood.

The terrace, open to the sky, is transformed into a second outdoor living room, with unobstructed views of the landscaped common areas. Furniture in natural fibers, vegetation and outdoor textiles turn this space into an oasis of disconnection and daily pleasure.

This project not only stands out for its careful and harmonious aesthetics, but also for its ability to reflect a serene, contemporary way of life deeply connected to well-being.
