In the exclusive neighborhood of El Limonar, in Malaga, we have carried out a renovation project on a penthouse designed to be the perfect holiday destination. This penthouse, spread over two levels, offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and combines the kitchen with the living-dining room in a single, large open space on the ground floor, complemented by a spacious terrace. The upper floor houses an uncovered outdoor area, which includes a dining room with an outdoor kitchen and other amenities, creating an ideal environment for enjoyment under the Malaga sun.

The transformation has consisted of the removal of partitions on the ground floor to create a concept of "open space" where the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry are unified. This open layout provides a feeling of spaciousness and continuity, emphasized by the use of natural materials such as oak wood, natural stone, and natural fabrics, establishing a harmonious connection between the various areas. The kitchen stands out for its Calacatta porcelain island, complemented by integrated appliances that blend seamlessly into the cabinetry, subtly illuminated by perimeter LED lighting.

In the dining area, an oak framed panel with LED lighting and a 3D effect on its surface becomes the center of attention, while the entire floor benefits from LED perimeter lighting on the ceiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The windows, dressed with white linen curtains, provide a natural luminosity that enhances the beauty of the materials used.

The bathrooms have been transformed following the same design philosophy, with oak wood furniture and natural white stone sinks, complemented by backlit organic mirrors and black accented details.

Each bedroom has been carefully designed to offer comfort and style; the master with en-suite bathroom and dressing room includes a panel headboard with integrated lighting, while the other bedrooms feature creative solutions such as electrified paneled headboards and subtle wallpapers that contribute to creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

The ground floor terrace, accessible from the living room, invites outdoor enjoyment with an elegant exterior lounge area. Meanwhile, the upper-level terrace—reached via an outdoor staircase—features a dining area with an outdoor kitchen sheltered by a pergola covered in greenery and a motorized awning, a sunbathing area with lounge chairs, and a living space with double chaise longue sofa and swing, all designed to maximize the enjoyment of outdoor spaces.
