Urban Apartment Costa del Sol

In this 82 square meter project in the Torres Martiricos in Malaga, we have created a warm and welcoming environment inspired by autumn colors, achieving a space that invites you to relax and enjoy every corner. With a color palette centered on greens, browns and cauldron tones, this two-bedroom apartment is a serene retreat in the middle of the vibrant city.

The distribution of the space has been optimized to adapt to the current needs of its owners. In the secondary bedroom, a trundle bed and a desk have been incorporated to create a functional and comfortable teleworking area, perfect for both daily activities and relaxation.

The black and white kitchen provides a modern and elegant touch, and is complemented by Instabilelab wallpapers, which add texture and personality to the walls. In the dining room, the round white marble table becomes the center of the room, surrounded by four green chairs that harmonize with the autumnal palette of the design, creating a perfect space for meetings and intimate dinners.

The living room, decorated with a chaise longue sofa, stands out for its warmth, accentuated with cushions and blankets that provide texture and comfort. Carefully selected plants give it a touch of freshness and naturalness, while a console behind the sofa takes advantage of the space left by the column to maximize functionality. In addition, some shelves on the wall add character and a decorative touch, making the living room a cozy and lively space. The white and wood television cabinet combines simplicity and warmth, integrating perfectly into the environment.

In the master bedroom, a leather headboard adds a sophisticated feel, while black ethnic-style nightstands add a touch of personality and character. The result is an intimate and elegant space, which combines materials and textures to achieve a harmonious and enveloping environment.
