2 bedroom apartment in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Madrid

A holiday oasis within the Community of Madrid

The apartment in the Pantano de San Juan, located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Madrid, is a reflection of the perfect combination between nature and modern design. Inspired by the natural surroundings of the reservoir, we seek to evoke feelings of tranquility and serenity in every corner of the apartment.

One of the most outstanding elements of this project is, without a doubt, the terrace. Conceived as an oasis in the middle of nature, we have incorporated a garden inside the house with a balcony and a roof covered with heather, providing a fresh and natural atmosphere to the space. The vegetation, with soft and natural tones, perfectly complements the aesthetics of the place. In addition, we have designed a seating area on the terrace, equipped with a comfortable bench and a dining area, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, we have chosen materials and decorative elements that harmonize with the exterior design of the terrace. The selection of furniture, chosen from our catalog portobelloStreet.es , combining aesthetics and functionality to create spaces that invite rest and well-being. The bedrooms, in particular, have been designed with a focus on comfort and privacy, ensuring a quiet, serene retreat for our clients.

In short, the apartment in the Pantano de San Juan in San Martín de Valdeiglesias is a testimony of how design and nature can merge to create unique and welcoming spaces. Our wish is that those who choose this apartment as their temporary home can feel and live the essence of nature in every moment, enjoying an environment that is, at the same time, modern and natural.
