Apartment in La Rosaleda, Málaga
An interior design project with urban aesthetics and a contemporary character
This 97 square meter apartment in the iconic Torres Martiricos in Malaga needed staging with a strong dose of personality. The owners wanted to reflect an urban, modern style that captured their spirit and suited the city's contemporary aesthetic. The choice of materials and colors was key: natural oak and black tones became the common thread that unifies each corner of the project, giving it elegance and depth.
The carefully designed space includes a small hall that welcomes an integrated living-dining room and kitchen area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room strategically located at the entrance. In each environment, the combination of wood, wallpaper and a neutral palette creates a warm and serene base that invites you to relax without losing the modern and vibrant style of urban design.
The living room becomes the heart of the apartment, with wallpaper that evokes the New York skyline, adding a touch of cosmopolitanism and personality to the space. The furniture has been custom-made to optimize each square meter, and its strategic arrangement allows you to make the most of the spaces without saturating them. The carefully selected lighting highlights every detail and contributes to creating a welcoming and enveloping atmosphere.
In short, this apartment achieves a harmony between the functional and the aesthetic, combining urban style with touches of warmth. It is a reflection of the essence of its owners and a space that invites you to live and enjoy every corner.
