AQ Urban Sky apartment 27th floor, Malaga
An urban accommodation in the cultural city of Malaga
Located in the AQ Urban Sky building in Malaga, on Martiricos street, right next to Romareda, an impressive interior design project has been carried out in a new construction apartment. The design stands out for opening the kitchen to the living room, creating a unique space that integrates three environments: living room, dining room and kitchen. This open design on the 27th floor provides a feeling of spaciousness and continuity, connecting directly to the terrace and offering spectacular panoramic views.
The interior design has been executed with a minimalist Italian aesthetic, accentuated by a magnificent L-shaped sofa for six seats, upholstered in an elegant gray tone. The kitchen, with its black and white combination, blends perfectly with the living room, while the oval glass dining table is topped by a black metal lamp with white spheres, creating a sophisticated focal point.
The wallpaper and LED lighting create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, with a feeling of luxury in every corner of the apartment. The layout consists of three bedrooms, each with unique and detailed features:
1. Master Bedroom Suite: This bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room, equipped with a backlit dressing mirror. The double bed and small desk complement the space, creating a functional and elegant environment.
2. Second Bedroom. With two single beds, this bedroom stands out for its wallpaper with a blue sky design with clouds, and a bouclé upholstered headboard. The extremely soft beds add comfort to the environment.
3. Third Bedroom: Equipped with a walnut bed and a paneled upholstered headboard, this space offers a combination of classic and modern style.
Every detail has been carefully selected to create a home that is not only aesthetically appealing, but also functional and welcoming. The use of high quality materials and the focus on lighting and design details make this apartment at AQ Urban Sky an exceptional example of contemporary interior design in Malaga.
